ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
​
The Acquisition Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
-
Consistently tour new acquisition opportunities and competitive properties
-
Complete investment packages for lenders, investors and the investment team
-
Research key real estate fundamentals to formulate investment strategies
-
Utilize conventional and innovative tools to identify new opportunities
-
Conduct site visits and formal meetings with brokers, sellers and lenders

Qualifications:
​
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance.
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in real estate, acquisitions, finance or investment banking.
Requirements:
-
Highly motivated, hard-working and focused on succeeding
-
Strong interest in real estate and the multifamily sector
-
Excellent research, analytical, organizational, writing and communication skills
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

DISPOSITION ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
​
The Disposition Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:​​

Evaluate real estate markets
-
List properties through different sources such as Internet, newspapers and magazines
-
Source potential buyers
-
Conduct analysis of market conditions impacting disposition opportunities
-
Conduct site visits with investors
-
Negotiate the sale of the property
-
Build and develop strong relationship with brokers, owners/investors, partners, consultants, attorneys and transaction counterparties
-
Handle high level commercial broker communications

Qualifications:
​
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance.
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in real estate, dispositions, transactions, business or finance.
