ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE

 

Responsibilities:

The Acquisition Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Consistently tour new acquisition opportunities and competitive properties

  • Complete investment packages for lenders, investors and the investment team

  • Research key real estate fundamentals to formulate investment strategies

  • Utilize conventional and innovative tools to identify new opportunities

  • Conduct site visits and formal meetings with brokers, sellers and lenders

Qualifications:

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance.

 

Experience: 

1-4 years of experience in real estate, acquisitions, finance or investment banking.

 

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, hard-working and focused on succeeding

  • Strong interest in real estate and the multifamily sector

  • Excellent research, analytical, organizational, writing and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

DISPOSITION ASSOCIATE

 

Responsibilities:

The Disposition Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Evaluate real estate markets

  • List properties through different sources such as Internet, newspapers and magazines

  • Source potential buyers

  • Conduct analysis of market conditions impacting disposition opportunities

  • Conduct site visits with investors

  • Negotiate the sale of the property

  • Build and develop strong relationship with brokers, owners/investors, partners, consultants, attorneys and transaction counterparties

  • Handle high level commercial broker communications

Qualifications:

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance.

 

Experience: 

1-4 years of experience in real estate, dispositions, transactions, business or finance. 

 

Requirements:

  • Business oriented, highly motivated and focused on succeeding

  • Strong interest in real estate

  • Excellent market business research

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Well organized

  • Ability to perform under deadline pressure

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
