Financial Requirements: Cash flowing properties offered at a relatively low price per square foot
Value-Add Potential: Vacancy, below market rents with near term lease expirations, vacant land to build on, under-managed properties, and additional capital investment to improve the asset profile leading to asset stabilization
Within the NY Boroughs and Long Island
Property Type: Retail, Office, Mixed-Use, Multifamily
Location: Anywhere within Long Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island
Size: No Minimum or Maximum square feet
Allocation: No Minimum or Maximum price
Financial Requirements: Cash flowing and non cash-flowing properties offered at a relatively low price per square foot
Value-Add Potential: Vacancy (vacant buildings considered), below market rents with near term lease expirations, vacant land to build on, under-managed properties, and additional capital investment to improve the asset profile leading to asset stabilization
